Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking friendly Personal Care Specialists to engage with patients and customers in our dispensary retail environment. You will educate on products and consumption methods, assist with orders, and help ensure safe, compliant operations.

Role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to HIPAA guidelines and customer confidentiality. Previous cannabis experience is not required, and the pay range is competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Schedule to meet business needs with varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal/regulatory requirements for cannabis industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen based on needs; stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, patient- and customer-oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure smooth store operations and compliance.
