Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience and retail exposure.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Compliant with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and update product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented work environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are upheld and sales floor stays stocked and presentable.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
