Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid ID or driver’s license.
• Must comply with all cannabis regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist store operations.
