Job summary

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside at Cresco Labs will guide customers in selecting cannabis products across recreational, medicinal and caregiver needs while upholding state compliance. You will use customer service skills and product knowledge to ensure a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout.

As part of a dynamic retail team, you will perform cash handling, order fulfillment and SOP adherence, with flexibility for opening/closing shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to customer needs and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and documentation for customers.
• Ensure accuracy of orders being dispensed and label/package products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory per SOPs.
• Perform routine inventory counts and keep stock organized for compliance.
• Support managers with merchandising and store displays.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; escalate issues as needed.
