Cresco Labs in the United States seeks a part-time Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside* to help customers select cannabis products, provide consultative service, and ensure state compliance. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, handle orders, and maintain accurate records while supporting inventory and merchandising.

Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required. The role emphasizes training, product knowledge, and a personalized sales approach in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to needs and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products.
• Apply effective selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the POS system following SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and inventory counts.
• Ensure stock is organized and compliant.
• Assist in organizing sales floor merchandise and displays.
• Ensure store security and safety compliance per SOPs.
• Keep the store organized and clean; escalate issues to management.
