Job summary

Cresco Labs' Sunnyside* dispensaries seek a Wellness Advisor to guide recreational, medical, and caregiver customers in selecting cannabis products. You’ll use customer service, product knowledge, and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience, from check-in to checkout, while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

You’ll join a team focused on training, diversity, and authentic growth, with part-time hours and weekend availability to meet peak demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn and apply cannabis product information.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding selections.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs; ensure accurate order dispensing.
• Label, package and cash-handle transactions in POS per SOPs.
• Maintain records, inventory counts, and clean, organized displays.
• Uphold security and safety standards; escalate issues when needed.
