Sunnyside* is seeking a Wellness Advisor to assist customers in selecting cannabis products, ensuring compliance, and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. The role covers in-store consultations, order fulfillment, and ongoing customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout.

We offer flexible part-time schedules (15–25 hours/week), with shifts across opening/closing times, weekends and holidays, and a strong focus on training, diversity and professional growth within Cresco Labs’

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class experience.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Assist in product selection and cross-sell to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and documentation for compliance.
• Process orders and handle cash in POS.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Keep the store organized and clean; assist in merchandising.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
