Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Wellness Advisor will guide recreational, medical and caregiver customers in selecting cannabis products that best match their needs, while upholding state regulations and the company’s commitment to service excellence. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout and ensure compliance in every step.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering education on cannabis products.
• Assist in product selection and upsell with a consultative approach.
• Verify ID and documentation; ensure accurate order dispensing and labeling.
• Handle cash in POS and maintain accurate records in compliance with SOPs.
