Sunnyside, a Cresco Labs brand, is seeking a Wellness Advisor to help customers select recreational and medical cannabis products, acting as an ambassador for our mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will use customer service and product knowledge to guide the customer journey from check-in to checkout, with a strict focus on state compliance.

Our Sunnyside locations provide a flexible work environment with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules, including weekends.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Build customer relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Assist in accurate order dispensing and labeling.
• Handle cash in POS following SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and inventory.
• Keep stock organized and compliant.
• Assist in merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Escalate issues to management.
