The Wellness Advisor at Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensary will guide customers in selecting recreational and medicinal cannabis products, acting as an ambassador to normalize and professionalize the industry while ensuring state compliance.

You will handle the full customer lifecycle from check-in to consultation, order fulfillment to checkout, delivering a best-in-class experience with a consultative, education-driven approach and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class experience.
• Verify documentation and ID for customers.
• Conduct consultations and handle standard questions or complaints; escalate issues to management.
