Job summary

The Wellness Advisor at Cresco Labs' Sunnyside dispensaries will guide customers in selecting recreational and medical cannabis products, delivering a best-in-class experience while representing our mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will use your customer service and product knowledge to ensure compliance and complete the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and cross-sell.
• Verify documentation and IDs, process orders accurately, and handle cash.
• Maintain records, inventories, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and compliant; support merchandise displays.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
