Job summary

Green Thumb Industries Inc. is hiring a RISE Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in a friendly, store‑level environment and guide them to the right cannabis products and consumption methods.

You will educate patients and customers, ensure safety and compliance, and help maintain a well‑presented, compliant retail space. The role requires staying current on GTI products, working varied shifts, and contributing to a positive team culture while upholding company standards for privacy

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis employment requirements.
Must be 21+ and have valid ID or driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a patient/customer-facing retail environment.
Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
Recommend safe, effective regimens based on needs and product knowledge.
Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
Assist in verifying orders and supporting store operations.
Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store policies.
Maintain stocking levels and store presentation; handle daily tasks at workstations.
