Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a cannabis retail setting. You’ll help patients and shoppers choose products, explain consumption methods, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include assisting with store operations, stocking, learning GTI products, following regulations, and maintaining a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen using product knowledge and stay up-to-date on GTI offerings
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-oriented work environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and maintain store appearance and stock
