Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring a RISE Personal Care Specialist to connect with patients and customers from entry to exit, providing product guidance and safe consumption methods. The role mirrors a barista-like customer focus and requires strong product knowledge and excellent service.

You will engage customers, educate on products, and help tailor regimens while upholding store standards and compliance. Prior cannabis experience isn’t required, and 21+ age is expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing, retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen based on needs and GTI knowledge.
• Support management to ensure smooth, compliant store operations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Follow security measures and safety procedures.
