Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for retail-facing roles.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with all regulations for cannabis industry employment.
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid ID or driver’s license.
• No prior cannabis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment from entry to checkout.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on individual needs and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Support store operations, verify deliveries, and assist management with daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and maintain inventory and cleanliness.
