Greenlight Dispensaries is seeking a Store Lead to drive performance and foster an inclusive, customer‑centric culture. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional experiences at every customer touchpoint.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, operational know‑how, and a passion for education in cannabis products, with an emphasis on team development and compliance across locations.

Formación

• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience coaching staff and building team morale.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cannabis compliance software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and open/close procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Train and develop staff; build daily huddles and zone charts to hit goals.
• Coach team members; maintain high standards of customer service and store culture.
• Manage inventory processes, reconciliation, and cash handling procedures.
• Promote upselling, customer loyalty, and engagement during interactions.
• Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and store initiatives.
