Qualifikationen

• 1 year of proven retail management or supervisory experience.
• 3 years of retail customer service or CRM experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• Massachusetts adult-use cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Dutchie or Seed-to-Sale POS is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Be the key member of the Retail Leadership Team.
• Oversee shifts for Customer Service Representatives and Floor Staff, possibly supervising Inventory staff.
• Assist with training for CSR roles and dispensary staff.
• Educate customers on products, strains, methods, and effects with educational materials as needed.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and contribute to improving product availability and customer satisfaction.
