Job summary

Good Day Farm Leaders sought to drive performance and foster an inclusive store culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a cannabis setting. The Lead will manage daily operations, coach staff, and coordinate inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

You will build customer relationships, upsell, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. Travel across locations is required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists in training and development of staff, building daily huddles and zone charts, and motivating the team to achieve goals.
• Sets an example of leadership, ensuring timely presence, customer-focused service, and alignment with company values.
• Leads staff coaching and sets standards of success for every team member.
• Assists management in day-to-day leadership functions and store maintenance.
• Promotes team morale, inclusion and professional growth; participates in events and promotions.
• Develops relationships with customers and models a culture of customer service.
• Manages inventory processes, reconciliation, vault organization, and order fulfillment.
• Supports cash handling, closing procedures, and nightly deposits.
• Drives sales through customer engagement and product knowledge development.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and daily store operations.
• Collaborates on training with leadership on day-to-day business functions.
• Maintains cash flow management and tills; coordinates with management on upkeep.
• Ensures store facility maintenance and timely fixes.
• Supports compliance through inventory processes and cycle counts.
• Keeps online menus accurate and supports customer order fulfillment.
