Job summary

Tradecraft Farms is seeking a Store Lead to drive performance across Experience, Merchandising, and Inventory in our cannabis retail environment. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a compliant, high-energy customer experience.

You will greet customers, educate on products, manage transactions, and support onboarding while upholding state regulations. Flexible hours including nights/weekends required; 21+ and regulatory compliance essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or cannabis industry.
• Previous leadership experience in retail or cannabis preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; 21+ and state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized shopping experience.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Lead store operations in Experience, Merchandising, or Inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Lead by example in customer service and teamwork; assist onboarding.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, labeling, and organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant retail environment.
• Contribute to sales goals through exceptional service and recommendations.
• Follow all policies and compliance regulations.
