Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a proactive Store Lead to drive performance and foster an inclusive store culture while delivering exceptional cannabis customer experiences. This role demands hands-on leadership, strong work ethic, operational knowledge, and passion for education and service.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, oversee inventory and cash controls, and lead initiatives to grow sales and customer loyalty across locations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis‑specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff; lead daily huddles and zones.
• Be a role model in leadership and customer experiences.
• Coach staff and set performance standards.
• Support daily store operations and maintenance.
• Promote inclusion and team morale; participate in events.
• Ensure compliance and inventory accuracy; manage vaults.
• Oversee cash handling, till and deposits.
• Open/close store; manage cash flow and deposits.
• Drive sales through upselling and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising and promotions.
• Foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow company policies and adapt to leadership.
