C3 Industries is hiring a Sales Associate for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Canton, CT. You will deliver top-tier customer service and drive sales through tailored recommendations and upselling, while ensuring accurate cash handling and POS operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, educating on cannabis products, processing online orders, and maintaining a compliant, well-stocked sales floor. We value teamwork and knowledge of state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to reaching Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional and businesslike manner.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and is 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state licenses based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers by making their experience the top priority.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals as defined by store leadership upon hire, using effective sales techniques and a deep understanding of customer needs to drive performance and contribute to overall store success.
