You will guide customers through selecting cannabis products that meet their needs, upsell where appropriate, and ensure a positive shopping experience that supports store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to reaching KPI on a regular basis.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• 21 years of age or older and able to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and prioritize their experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rate goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers upon entry and verify IDs.
• Assist with state required forms and update customer information.
• Keep waiting room clean and sales floor stocked during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly while prioritizing customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on cannabis trends.
• Use POS system accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Work with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support compliance with dispensary policies and schedules.
