C3 Industries, owner of the High Profile Cannabis Shop, is hiring in Canton, CT for a Sales Associate role. You will deliver world-class customer service, upsell products, and guide customers through selection and purchase of cannabis products.

Strong product knowledge and sales drive are essential for a great shopping experience. You will greet customers, verify IDs, process orders, and maintain inventory while adhering to state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to meeting KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasker with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations is preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and drive sales through personalized recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, and assist with state required forms.
• Update customer information in the system as needed.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and ensure smooth operations.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Process online orders quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and cannabis trends.
• Operate the point of sale system and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Adhere to dispensary policies and regulatory requirements.
