Shift Leads will work full-time, guide staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations while fostering a productive team environment. The position requires 3+ years of customer service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience opening and closing a retail store or restaurant preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist customers with questions on forms and update POS data.
• Maintain and stock the sales floor and waiting area.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Fill online orders quickly while complying with state regulations.
• Open/close the store and assist with product intake and inventory.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; support leadership.
