C3 Industries is seeking a Sales Associate for its High Profile Cannabis Shop in Luna Pier, MI. The role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service while guiding customers through product selection and upselling to meet store targets.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, processing orders, maintaining a well-stocked floor, and staying compliant with state regulations. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasking with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.
• Pass a background check and be 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and make their experience the top priority.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers and verify identification at entry.
• Assist customers with questions on state forms; update information in the system.
• Keep waiting room clean and sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and selecting products.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain product, brand, and strain knowledge and stay updated on trends.
• Use and maintain POS system accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and perform daily cash reporting.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support policy compliance, security, inventory tracking, dress codes, and schedules.
