This role blends customer service, education, and operational precision to maintain a seamless store experience for every guest. Prior cash-handling and POS experience are valuable assets.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous customer services experience preferred.
Marijuana knowledge a bonus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with compassion and professionalism.
Accurately enter customer information to verify eligibility for purchase.
Complete all sales and duties per SOP.
Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and interactions.
Handle cash and debit transactions with a balanced drawer.
Operate cash register and POS system.
Keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
Conduct nightly inventory counts.
Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
