C3 Industries in Missouri is hiring a Sales Associate for its High Profile Cannabis Shop. You will deliver world‑class customer service, drive sales, upsell products, and guide customers through cannabis purchases that meet their needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, maintaining displays, processing online orders, and staying up to date on cannabis products and regulations. 21+ and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations is preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses for work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and make their experience top priority.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers on entry and verify IDs at check-in as needed.
• Assist new customers with questions on state required forms; update system data.
• Keep waiting room clean and sales floor stocked during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection for desired effects.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately while focusing on customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product, brand and strain knowledge and stay current on trends.
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system.
• Comply with cash handling policies and complete daily cash reports.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support daily compliance with dispensary policies and scheduling.
