Job summary

C3 Industries is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver world-class customer service and drive sales at our High Profile Cannabis Shop network in Missouri. You will guide customers through cannabis products, verify IDs, and help with online orders while maintaining inventory and product knowledge.

Expect a fast-paced, compliant retail environment with growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, POS familiarity, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Willingness to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and drive sales through personalized recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers, verify ID, and assist with questions on required forms.
• Update customer information in the system as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and selections based on desired effects.
• Process online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Accurately use the POS system and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with inventory, audits, and product intake as needed.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Adhere to dispensary policies and regulatory compliance.
