We are hiring a Sales Associate to deliver world-class service, guide product selections, process orders, verify IDs, and support store performance. This role requires 1+ year experience, a HS diploma, POS familiarity, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasking with prioritization.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and be 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state licenses based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service focused on the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals using effective techniques.
• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Assist new customers with state-required forms and update records.
• Keep waiting room clean and sales floor stocked during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and genetics.
• Fill online orders quickly while prioritizing customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and cannabis trends.
• Accurately use the POS system.
• Follow cash handling policies and daily cash reporting.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support compliance with dispensary policies and schedules.
