C3 Industries, operator of the High Profile Cannabis Shop network, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Missouri location. You will guide customers through product selection, perform ID checks, and assist with online orders while maintaining stock and store standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check and be 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide the highest level of customer service and make the customer experience a priority.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, and assist with product selection and upselling.
• Meet or exceed store sales targets and conversion goals defined by leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis products, brands and strains and stay current on trends.
• Use and maintain the POS system and handle cash accurately per policy.
• Assist with inventory, audits, and routine store operations.
