C3 Industries is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver world-class customer service and drive sales at High Profile Cannabis Shop locations. You will guide customers through product selection, verify IDs, and assist with online orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to meeting KPIs regularly.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state licenses; 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, and assist with state-required forms.
• Assist customers with questions and update information in the system.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and the waiting area well-maintained.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and assist with online orders.
