Fine Fettle is seeking a Retail Team Lead to assist the General Manager in managing dispensary operations and supervising staff. You will ensure a smooth customer experience and accurate cash handling while supporting inventory and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older per the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
• High school diploma
• Retail experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial
• Evening and weekend shifts required
• Knowledge about cannabis products and consumption methods
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to deliver a distinctive patient and customer experience.
• Assist patients and guests with cannabis recommendations through product selection, effects, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption.
• Lead cash handling from sales floor to back of house, including start/end of day procedures and cash drops.
• Open and close procedures and processes.
• Support Manager with training of Agents to follow SOPs and provide coaching for inventory ops.
• Conduct POS audits to ensure cash and scanning accuracy.
• Retrieve merchandise from back-of-house to registers and vice versa as needed.
• Assist with returns and order adjustments throughout the day.
• Monitor shift times and breaks for employees.
• Coordinate with Management to manage daily ops and cash handling during openings/closings.
• Organize vault for data accuracy and compliance.
• Assess inventory levels and accuracy daily; fulfill vault orders.
• Operate inventory management software and ensure data ports correctly to online menus.
• Input data into POS system.
• Answer inquiries and complaints from customers.
• Coordinate with vendors for compliant deliveries.
