Job summary

Fine Fettle is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our dispensary to assist the General Manager in managing and running store operations. The AGM oversees teams across front-of-house, back-of-house, and sales to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail or business management experience, strong leadership, and data analysis skills. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to ensure store operations run smoothly and goals are achieved.
• Manage team leads across the dispensary, including back-of-house, front-of-house, and sales floor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure inventory purchasing and management are efficient.
• Oversee store activities to foster a strong culture and high team morale.
• Develop store staff with evaluations, promotions, and performance reviews.
• Evaluate KPIs and store data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
• Delegate work to employees to ensure timely execution.
