Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations at our MA cannabis dispensary. The role blends customer service, sales, and inventory management to deliver exceptional experiences and maintain compliance.

The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to busy retail demands. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• 21+ age per MA Cannabis Control Commission.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to pass background check and licensing as required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Rotate between customer-facing and operational roles to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide education about products and deliver a 5-star customer experience at the point of sale.
• Process inventory, label products, and ensure compliance with POS and inventory systems.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain a welcoming front-of-house presence.
