Fine Fettle is seeking a highly motivated Dispensary Agent to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our retail cannabis dispensary. This hybrid role blends customer service, sales, and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates are reliable, coachable, and eager to learn; previous retail experience is preferred. You will handle sales, greeter duties, order entry, and inventory tasks while complying with state

• Must be 18+ years old per state licensing
• High school diploma required
• Retail experience preferred
• Customer-focused and reliable
• Able to pass background check

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the point of sale.
• Welcome customers and guide them to lines or resources.
• Process cannabis product orders and update POS.
• Prepare cannabis bags for fulfillment with accurate labeling.
• Move products between inventory vault and sales floor.
• Receive, record, and store deliveries ensuring compliance.
