Job summary

Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent to support front-of-house and back-of-house cannabis retail operations. You will rotate between customer-facing duties at the POS and operational tasks like order entry, order pulling, and inventory control, delivering education and a 5-star customer experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and adapt easily to dynamic store needs. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a focus on building strong customer

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Retail experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the point of sale.
• Provide education about products and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate lines or resources.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks and ensure proper documentation.
