Fine Fettle is seeking a versatile Dispensary Agent to support front-of-house and back-of-house cannabis retail operations. You'll rotate between customer-facing and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, coachable, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old per state requirements.
• High school diploma.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of cannabis products preferred.
• Able to pass a Federal Background Check.

Responsabilidades

• Sell cannabis products and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Welcome customers and direct them to resources.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Scan and process filled bags in POS.
• Prepare cannabis bags for fulfillment with accurate labeling.
• Move products between vault and sales floor to support operations.
• Input and verify data in POS and inventory systems.
• Receive and store cannabis deliveries with proper documentation.
