Job summary

Fine Fettle is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our dispensary to support the General Manager in running store operations and leading diverse teams. The AGM will help with scheduling, training, culture, and achieving top store goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail or business management, strong leadership, and data-driven problem-solving skills. Cannabis industry experience is a plus; flexible schedule and weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and must be able to obtain state licensing as needed.
• 3–5 years of retail or business management experience.
• Cannabis market experience valued but not required.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to ensure store operations run smoothly and goals are achieved.
• Manage team leads across back-of-house, front-of-house, and sales floor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Foster a positive store culture and high team morale.
• Develop store staff through evaluations, promotions, and training.
• Oversee KPI analysis to identify operational improvements.
