Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage.
• Flexibility to work weekends, vary shifts and holidays.
• Ability to use basic office software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Obtain cannabis product from vault and provide to Cannabis Advisor for sale.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their uses.
• Open and close store as directed by management.
• Verify tags and paperwork comply with state/local regulations.
• Support inventory reconciliation with POS and state tracking systems.
• Ensure online orders are complete and accurate prior to pickup.
• Handle cash transactions as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized storefront.
