Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience are required.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and state badging as directed by state ordinances.
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications/consumption methods.
• Proficiency with office equipment and software (computers, printers, email).
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, uses, and efficacy while avoiding medical advice.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders and assist with POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant store environment and displays.
• Understand and apply compliance regulations for local and state laws.
