Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging as directed by state ordinances.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and educate them on cannabis products (not medical advice).
• Provide customers with information on product types, methods and efficacy.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation/storefront and stock displays.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory accuracy in METRC/BioTrack.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
