Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting to customers and patients.
• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, usage, and wellness applications.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with team members.
• Handle transactions at the POS and ensure accurate inventory tracking (METRC, etc.).
• Keep workstation and store front clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
