The position requires 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience, compliance awareness, and a willingness to learn about cannabinoids and product applications. You will support store management and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and provide product information (not medical advice).
• Educate customers on types, methods, and efficacy of cannabis products.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up and comply with inventory systems.
