The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience, is 21+, and eager to learn about cannabinoids and product application. You will handle transactions, inventory, and store operations with attention to regulatory detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging as directed by state ordinances.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advise customers on cannabis products and educate them on usage as a wellness product.
• Navigate customers through product types, methods, and efficacy while not giving medical advice.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory accuracy in state systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with regulatory requirements.
