You will execute opening/closing, verify IDs, manage inventory, and drive KPI through upselling and service excellence.

The role requires 21+, HS diploma, and retail leadership experience; evenings, weekends, and holidays available.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Store Associate demonstrating consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach your team.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Perform opening and closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Maintain inventory integrity and order fulfillment.
