Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Skokie, IL to be the face of our brand and deliver top‑tier service to customers exploring cannabis products.

You will welcome guests, provide product recommendations, handle transactions at the register, and maintain an inviting, compliant store environment. This role requires at least 6 months in customer-facing sales, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance cash at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and support inventory tasks.
• Promote loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
