Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in New Lenox, IL. You’ll greet customers, guide them through product selection, and deliver friendly, compliant service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You’ll handle transactions, promote rewards, keep the floor stocked, and collaborate with teammates to meet or exceed daily sales goals while upholding Curaleaf’s standards and community-focused values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months of POS experience and cash handling.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail environment.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
