Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand at our Chicago location. You will help guests explore cannabis products, provide friendly service, and drive high-quality experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, upselling, handling cash, processing transactions, and staying current with promotions. A high school diploma and POS experience are required; weekend availability is essential to support store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
