Vireo Health is seeking a Store Manager for our West Palm Beach location. You will oversee daily operations, coach the retail team, ensure customer satisfaction, and enforce company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance awareness, and a commitment to high standards of service. You will manage POS operations, cash handling, audits, and scheduling, while maintaining a well-stocked, secure store.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience in retail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for Level 2 background screening.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required.
