Vireo is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a dispensary team, report to the Head of Market, and drive patient care and operational excellence. You will supervise Patient Care Coordinators, ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and customer loyalty.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage inventory and labor costs while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree.
• 3+ years of direct employee management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in a retail or customer service environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent communication with team members, patients, and health care providers.
• Willingness to learn about medical cannabis and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with government regulations and internal policies.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to analyze data.
• Strong teamwork, independent work, multitasking, and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Manage local dispensary Patient Care Coordinators and staff.
• Communicate with patients and address customer service issues.
• Assist the dispensary manager and maintain workflow in daily operations.
• Lead cross-functional retail operations including sales, service, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage replenishment.
• Monitor labor and material costs to maximize profitability.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in the cannabis supply chain.
• Drive performance using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Provide HR support, foster a positive work environment, and train on regulations.
• Lead and develop the team to improve performance and growth.
